Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Greetland is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Greetland, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide weight management consultations and prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments through our online platform. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy law and guidance.

We reserve the right to refuse service where eligibility criteria are not met or where we have clinical concerns about your suitability for treatment.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted information. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
We do not issue prescriptions based solely on patient request. Providing false or misleading information on your medical questionnaire may result in harm and is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe information provided is inaccurate.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated and may not be transferred to third parties. Follow-up consultations may be required before repeat prescriptions are authorised.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance, which are outside our direct control.
Medications will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery arising from incorrect address details.
Some medications require age verification upon delivery. A signature may be required.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for resale, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
Non-prescription products may be returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are not medicines subject to safety restrictions.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Greetland do not constitute a substitute for face-to-face medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always inform your GP or regular healthcare provider of any medications prescribed through our service.
In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. Do not delay seeking urgent medical attention because of information obtained from our platform.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
